All services, products, gift cards, and booking fees are non refundable.

Cancellations/Reschedules within 24 hours result in a  cancellation fee on ALL services book.

Semi-Permanent services have a booking fee if cancelled after 48 hours of booking. Multiple reschedules are subject to deposits required or loss of booking fee on semi permanent appointments at the owners discresion.

Being 15 minutes late is considered a no show & fees will be charged or the appointment cancelled.
